The Anti-Corruption Program of JSC "Market Operator" has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and was approved on November 11, 2024. The Program reflects the uncompromising position of JSC "Market Operator" regarding adherence to the principle of zero tolerance for corruption. This is a shared commitment of the management and every employee in their interactions with government authorities, partners, and electricity market participants.
Today, JSC "Market Operator" is pursuing ambitious goals for the implementation of European standards of transparency and integrity. One of the key areas of the Compliance Officer’s activities is building an effective compliance risk management system based on OECD recommendations. His responsibilities also include the implementation of the anti-corruption policy, provisions on corporate ethics, prevention of conflicts of interest, protection of personal data, and confidential information.
