Due to a failure of the Market Operator’s hardware, which is preventing trading on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and the Intraday Market (IDM), and in accordance with Section 1.9 of the Rules of the Day-Ahead Market and the Intraday Market, the Market Operator hereby declares an emergency situation on the DAM and the IDM.

JSC “Market Operator” is taking the necessary measures to restore the normal operation of the software and hardware complex as soon as possible and to ensure the continuity of the DAM and IDM operations.

JSC “Market Operator” will provide further updates on the operational status of the DAM and IDM, as well as any possible changes to the timeframes for trading activities and bid submission, in due course.
