On July 24, JSC "Market Operator", with the support of UN Women, held a training session on the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH).
The event is part of the implementation of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), to which JSC "Market Operator" has committed. As a signatory to the WEPs, the company consistently implements international standards of equality, inclusiveness, respect for human rights, and the creation of a safe working environment.
The training was attended by company employees and members of the Gender Committee of JSC "Market Operator".
During the training, participants learned about international approaches to preventing sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment, discussed the principles of professional ethics, mechanisms for safe reporting of violations, and the role of each employee in creating a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
The training was conducted by Oleksiy Zadoienko, a Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) Officer at UN Women.
