JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM TERNOPILENERGOTRADE LLC (USREOU 44787371) from 24 July 2026 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment of IDM TERNOPILENERGOTRADE LLC of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
