This year, Ukraine celebrates the 30th anniversary of its Constitution—the document that laid the foundation for the modern Ukrainian state and established the principles upon which it continues to develop today.
For JSC “Market Operator”, the constitutional principles of equality, justice, and the rule of law hold particular significance. These principles form the basis of Ukraine's spot electricity markets, where all participants operate under the same rules, enjoy equal access to the market, and compete on a level playing field.
Every day, we work to ensure that these principles are not merely declared, but consistently put into practice. From organising trading on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and the Intraday Market (IDM) to developing new platforms and services, our mission is to provide transparent, predictable, and non-discriminatory market conditions for all participants.
The Constitution is more than a document defining rights and responsibilities. It embodies rules that inspire trust, responsibility that fosters order, and values that strengthen institutions and reinforce the foundations of a resilient state.
On Constitution Day of Ukraine, we wish everyone peace, prosperity, unity, and unwavering confidence in Ukraine's Victory. In the victory of a nation that, for three decades, has been building its future on the principles of freedom, democracy, and the rule of law.
