FIXED FEE FOR THE USE OF THE MARKET OPERATOR�S SOFTWARE SET AT UAH 4,669.71 EXCLUDING VAT

The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) adopted a resolution amending NEURC Resolution No. 2167 of December 19, 2025, revising the amount of the fixed fee for the use of the Market Operator’s software.

In accordance with the adopted decision, effective July 1, 2026, the fixed fee for the use of the Market Operator’s software will amount to UAH 4,669.71 per month, excluding VAT.

The adjustment of the fee is driven by the need to update the costs associated with the operation, maintenance, and support of the software used for the organisation and execution of trading on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and the Intraday Market (IDM).
