In accordance with item 3.2.13 of chapter 3.2 of Section III of the DAM/IDM Rules, JSC «Market Operator» suspends participation in the DAM/IDM LLC «AT» (USREOU 45333115) from 25 March 2026 for a period of 7 calendar days due to the transmission system operator's failure to confirm the provision of volumes of its own generation capacities and/or purchase of bilateral contracts on the market, and/or imports of electricity volumes declared by the market participant for sale on the DAM in the trading zone for each settlement period of the day of delivery.
