20 DAYS OF MARCH 2026: THE BASE ELECTRICITY PRICE INDEX ON THE DAY-AHEAD MARKET AMOUNTS TO UAH 6,777.83/MWh

The price index of base-load electrical energy on the day-ahead market (DAM) for the first 20 days of March 2026 amounts to UAH 6,777.83/MWh. The weighted average purchase and sale price of electricity for this period amounts to UAH 7,019.18/MWh. On the intraday market (IDM), the weighted average price of electricity accepted during the first 20 days of March amounts to UAH 6,419.79/MWh.
The trading volume of electrical energy on the day-ahead market for the first 20 days of March 2026 amounts to 2,012,247.7 MWh, while 134,855.2 MWh were accepted on the intraday market. Compared to the same period of February, the trading volume on the DAM during the first 20 days of March this year decreased by 13.12%, supply decreased by 2.70%, and demand fell by 15.92%.
