JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of LLC «U.COMMODITIES» (USREOU 42601505), KROPYVNYTSKENERGO LLC (USREOU 44763764) and LLC «ENERGY SUPPLIER» (USREOU 45019378) from 26 February 2026 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
