In accordance with item 2.4.1 (1) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, JSC «Market Operator» suspends participation in the DAM/IDM NOVOMYRHORODSKA BESS LLC (USREOU 45658891) and TYSAGAZ LLC (USREOU 22091121) from 21 January 2026 due to repeated violation of the DAM/IDM Rules during the year, namely: regarding the registration of tax invoices in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices (item 4.3.9 of chapter 4.3 of Section IV of the DAM/IDM Rules).
