The BASE electricity price index on Ukraine’s day-ahead market in December 2025 amounts to UAH 6,648.95 per MWh. The weighted average purchase and sale price of electricity on the day-ahead market for this period amounts to UAH 6,880.55 per MWh, while the weighted average price of accepted electricity on the intraday market amounts to UAH 6,893.16 per MWh.
The trading volume on the day-ahead market increased by 13.20 percent, while on the intraday market it increased by 39.56 percent, and in December 2025 a total of 3,505,930.6 MWh was accepted across both market segments. On the day-ahead market in December of this year, demand increased by 16.76 percent compared to November, while supply increased by 11.52 percent. On the intraday market, demand increased by 40.18 percent, while supply increased by 31.21 percent.
