As of 1 January 2026, the tariff for performing electricity purchase and sale transactions on the day-ahead market and the intraday market will amount to UAH 6.88 per MWh (excluding VAT).
The corresponding decision was adopted by the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (Resolution No. 2167 dated 19 December 2025).
At the same time, the fixed fee for the use of the Market Operator’s software in 2026 will amount to UAH 3,837.84 (excluding VAT).
The decision was adopted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market" and the regulatory legal acts of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities, taking into account the calculations submitted by JSC "Market Operator".
