JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of LLC «KYIVOBLGAS ZBUT» (USREOU 39592941), LLC «LVIVGAS ZBUT» (USREOU 39594527), and LLC «KHMELNITSKGAS ZBUT» (USREOU 39585960) from 03 December 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
