JSC “Market Operator” has successfully passed the annual audit regarding compliance with the provisions of the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Intraday Market (IDM) Rules for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
According to the conclusion of the auditing company AC Crowe Ukraine, which is a member of the international network Crowe Global—one of the world’s top ten auditing and consulting networks—no evidence was found during the audit to indicate any non-compliance by JSC “Market Operator” with the requirements of the DAM/IDM Rules approved by the Resolution of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) dated March 14, 2018, No. 308.
The auditors verified the technological and organizational processes related to the submission by DAM/IDM participants of bids and other permanent and periodic data defined by the DAM/IDM Rules, as well as the processes applied by the Market Operator and its software to such data, in order to ensure compliance with the established requirements.
Independent auditors confirmed the full compliance of JSC “Market Operator” operations, emphasizing the high level of internal control and the conformity of all business processes with regulatory requirements. The obtained conclusion reaffirms trust in the Market Operator as an entity that ensures fair, competitive, and transparent trading conditions in the spot segments of Ukraine’s electricity market.
The audit was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000.
