JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of LLC «DNIPROPETROVSKGAZ ZBUT» (USREOU 39572642), LLC «ENERGO-RUH» (USREOU 44922480), «ENERGY OPERATOR OF UKRAINE» LLC (USREOU 45124730), and TUT ENERGIA LLC (USREOU 44250850) from 29 October 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
