JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of EK «ZACHID» LLC (USREOU 45112861), LLC «INHUL SOLAR» (USREOU 42003941), LLC «SUNVIN 13» (USREOU 41378422), LLC «TVIY GASZBUT» (USREOU 43965848), and «YU GAS» LLC (USREOU 30194498) from 24 October 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
