JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of LLC «ZAPORIZHGAS ZBUT» (USREOU 39587271), and LLC «ZBUT-ENERGO PLYUS» (USREOU 43709245) from 22 August 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
