JSC «Market Operator», in accordance with item 2.4.5 (6) of chapter 2.4 of Section II of the DAM/IDM Rules, terminates participation in the DAM/IDM of LLC «ENERGY LAB UKRAINE» (USREOU 43717586), SE «SELIDOVUGOL» (USREOU 33426253), and «TEPLA ENERGY COMPANY» LLC (USREOU 39624119) from 30 April 2025 due to the fact that 11 months have passed since the date of the last payment by the said companies of the fixed fee for the use of the software of JSC «Market Operator».
