On April 2, 2025, JSC “Market Operator” and Vinnytsia National Technical University (VNTU) officially formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document outlines joint efforts on educational initiatives and the involvement of students and faculty in the development of projects and proposals related to the advancement of Ukraine’s electricity market.
Key Areas of Cooperation
Under the Memorandum, a series of educational activities aimed at increasing students’ knowledge in the energy sector is planned. One of the first initiatives was a lecture for students of the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering and Electromechanics of VNTU on the topic “Ukraine’s Power Sector.” The event’s speaker was the General Director of JSC “Market Operator,” Oleksandr Havva, who presented the fundamentals of the functioning of Ukraine’s electricity market and its reform since 2019.

JSC “Market Operator” consistently supports educational projects aimed at preparing young professionals for the energy sector. The signing of the Memorandum opens up new opportunities for VNTU students, enabling them to acquire practical knowledge and engage in current projects in the industry.
