The base-load electricity price index on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) for the first 20 days of December 2024 amounts to UAH 5,906.74/MWh. The weighted average purchase and sale price of electricity for this period stands at UAH 6,086.77/MWh. On the Intraday Market (IDM), the weighted average price of electricity accepted during the first 20 days of December amounts to UAH 6,172.01/MWh.
The trading volume of electricity on the Day-Ahead Market for the first 20 days of December 2024 totals 1,678,882.2 MWh, while 203,509.2 MWh were accepted on the Intraday Market. Compared to the same period of November 2024, the DAM trading volume for the first 20 days of December decreased by 7.89%, supply declined by 13.44%, and demand fell by 7.00%.
