JSC “Market operator” has been designated as a person professionally arranging transactions on electricity market. We are preparing to carry out inside information platform and registered reporting mechanism functions.
This obligation of JSC “Market operator” is defined by the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to laws of Ukraine on wholesale energy market manipulations prevention” of 10.06.2023 No. 3141-²Õ and the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to laws of Ukraine on wholesale energy market manipulations prevention” that contain transposed provisions from REMIT regulation on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
Our specialists have developed the software to provide the services on reporting trade and/or fundamental data and inside information publication subject to martial law limitation.
30 May 2024 the presentation of inside information and registered reporting mechanism platforms, and the user rules will be made. In June the platforms will be under the test mode for the wholesale energy market participants, and in July the platforms will go-live including the inside information publication with the only access to it by NEURC under the martial law.
