10 DAYS OF AUGUST 2023: THE ELECTRICITY PRICE INDEX BASE ON THE DAM OF UKRAINE IS 3 907,89 UAH/MWH

The price index for base-load electricity on the day-ahead market is 3 907,89 UAH/MWh for 10 days of August 2023. The weighted average price for the purchase and sale of electricity on the DAM for the first decade of August is 4 113,82 UAH/MWh. On the intraday market, the weighted average price of electricity accepted during 10 days of August is 4 522,05 UAH /MWh.
The volume of electricity traded on the day-ahead market amounted to 593 320,4 MWh for 10 days of August 2023, while the volume of intraday market accepted is 58 282,9 MWh. Compared to the first decade of July 2023, the volume of trading on the DAM in the first decade of August increased by 7,22%. Supply on the DAM increased by 3,86%, while demand increased by 6,11%.
The price of the BASE product on the DAM in Romania for 10 days of August 2023 is 3 248,92 UAH/MWh, Slovakia – 2 781,30 UAH/MWh, Hungary – 3 060,27 UAH/MWh.
