The JSC Market Operator has successfully passed the annual international audit on the of anti-bribery management system compliance with international standards of ISO 37001:2016.
The audit was carried out by PECB Ukraine, the official representative of the certification body PECB Group Inc in Ukraine, which is the world leader in the training and certification of personnel, as well as the certification of corporate management systems and products by the international standards` requirements.
The anti-bribery compliance program was implemented in the JSC Market Operator in 2019. One year later company successfully passed an external audit and received the international certificate of the established anti-bribery management system compliance with ISO 37001 standards. A re-audit was conducted in 2022, confirming that anti-corruption measures, implemented in the JSC Market Operator, correspond to international standards.
