20 DAYS OF JUNE 2022: THE DAY-AHEAD MARKET REMAINS SURPLUS

The price index of base-load electricity on the day-ahead market for 20 days of June 2022 is stable and amounts to 2 223,82 UAH/MWh. The weighted average price of electricity purchase and sale is 1,35% lower than in the same period of May and amounts to 2 254,73 UAH/MWh.

The weighted average price of accepted electricity on the intraday market for 20 days of June decreased by 9,40% and amounts to 2 483,18 UAH/MWh. 

The total trading volume on the day-ahead market is 28,43% lower than the accepted electricity volume for 20 days of May, and amounts to 290 542,3 MWh. 10 505,7 MWh of electricity have been purchased and sold on the intraday market, which is 77,01% higher than in the same period of the last month. 

Ukraine's spot electricity market remains surplus.
