20 DAYS OF OCTOBER 2023: THE PRICE INDEX OF BASE-LOAD ELECTRICITY ON THE DAM AMOUNTS TO 3 877,72 UAH/MWh

The price index of base-load electricity on the day-ahead market for 20 days of October 2023 amounts 3 877,72 UAH/MWh. The weighted average price of electricity purchase and sale is 4 160,03 UAH/MWh for this period. On the intraday market the weighted average price of electricity traded during 20 days of Octiber amounts to 4 462,93 UAH/MWh.
The volume of electricity trades on the day-ahead market for 20 days of October 2023 was 926 186,1 MWh, whereas on the intraday market 88 131 MWh of electricity were traded. The DAM volume of electricity trades for 20 days of October increased by 9,90%, the supply increased by 6,24%, and the demand increased by 11,35% compared to the same period of September 2023.
The DAM price of the BASE product in Romania amounts to 4208,29 UAH/MWh, in Slovakia - 4030,34 UAH/MWh, and in Hungary - 4152,74 UAH/MWh for 20 days of October 2023.
