To the attention of market participants: changes to the forms of agreements on electricity purchase and sale on the DAM/IDM

The changes to the Rules for the day-ahead market (hereinafter � the DAM) and the intraday market (hereinafter � the IDM), approved by the NEURC resolution dated 11.02.2022 �250, include, in particular, the agreements amendments on purchase and sale of electricity on the DAM and IDM. Forms are added to the Annexes 2 and 3 of the DAM/IDM Rules, respectively.

These changes are reflected in the summary�version of the DAM/IDM Rules and posted on the JSC Market Operator website, and�will enter into force on June 1,�2022.
