In April 2022, 41,56% of electricity sold on the day-ahead market and the intraday market was produced from hydropower and 14,63% was from natural gas. This is stated in the report of JSC Market Operator on environmental aspects for April 2022.
The share of electricity sold on the DAM and IDM in April amounted to 12,70% of electricity produced from nuclear fuel, 8,18% - from solar energy, 4,72% - from coal, 1,49% - from wind energy, 0,79% - from fuel oil, 0,55% - from biogas, 0,11% - from biomass.
The source of 12,79% of electricity sold in April at the DAM and IDM is unknown. The share of another 2,45% of electricity is unknown due to the failure of some market participants to provide relevant information.
